You search an accommodation for your study trip in Barcelona? We have the fitting room for you.

It's a house in the Paseo Maragall in the district Horta. Very good position with excelent traffic accessibility. The metro station Horta is removed only 2-minute sidewalk from the house. With the metro these are approximately 20 minutes up to city centre. As well there are good bus connections. The bus stop is straight before the entry door. There are also a night bus connection.

The house we divide with 2 persons at present, but one member will leave us soon. 2 rooms would be free therefore at present. 

The house is well fitted out and has all necessary things to the life. It has a completely fitted out kitchen, a big refrigerator, washing-machine etc. The living room has a TV, DVD, a music arrangement, Playstation, telephone. In addition, an Internet connection also exists (WIFI). 

The rooms are furnished appropriately with a wardrobe, bed, desk and bookshelves. As well there is TV and ventilator in the rooms. 

The pleasant atmosphere in this flat is the plus. For your study trip an ideal place. The co-inhabitants are quiet, clean, friendly and are unlocked. In addition we speak all several languages like German, French, English and naturally Spanish. Therefore, even an advantage its if they just could this your Spanish would like to improve. Assistance into Spanish will always exist. Please just Non-Smokers. And because we are all persons respectful here and do not make a mistake in the things of the others, also we expect also from them.

It would be beautiful them to be able to greet soon here in our flat-sharing community. The price of the room including all additional costs like current(electricity), gas, water and Internet would be 420 Euros in the month.
